If you start a serious relationship with another member of Takes2, both clients must inform us. No further introductions will be arranged with either party until both parties inform us both wish to have their file active again, due to the fact that the relationship has ended by both of you. When dates are given to you, you must advise us either, that you wish to continue seeing each other (even if it’s only on a friendly basis) or that you would like further dates. It’s up to you to keep in contact with Takes2, that way you will make the most of your membership. You MUST provide feedback after each introduction given to you, so that Takes2 can fine-tune the matching process based on your assessment of your most recent introduction, so that Takes2 can be aware of your current situation.

Once an introduction has been selected for you, no further introductions will be given to you until you telephone the office with feedback regarding your introduction, even if you have made a second date you still need to advise the office: If you require Takes2 to put your membership on hold for any reason this can be arranged for up to 1 month only, this will start on the day you telephone the office and advise us that you wish to go on hold.

If a client is found to be having more than one relationship at the same time involving another client of Takes2 or having a relationship outside of the club then their membership may be terminated at the discretion of Takes2 without compensation.

If you get involved in a relationship, you may continue to attend social events until your membership runs out or until you both share a home together or get married. Your membership will be considered as terminated at that point, without compensation, as Takes2 is for single people only, once you found your soul-mate we have done our job. (Unless we organise a party inviting non-members) Attending events we expect you to be polite, and treat others with respect. Bad behaviour will not be tolerated membership will be terminated.

Takes2 takes every precaution to verify the details of each client to the best of our abilities but we rely upon the honesty of all our members. It is therefore important that you take the time to get to know another client thoroughly before entering into a relationship with them. You must take responsibility for your own safety in all respects, however we are always available to advise you upon any aspects of your relationships if required. Takes2 accepts no responsibility for any failure of any relationship by any cause and is not liable for any hurt or loss caused in any way.

I accept that Takes2 cannot guarantee success, be it instant chemistry, falling in love or getting married. I will treat my introductions with courtesy and respect and act in a manner that will not bring discredit to myself, or a fellow member or to Takes2. If I stand-up a member when arranged to meet or I am found to behave inappropriately or in an offensive manner that warrants a complaint from my date, my membership may be cancelled if, upon investigation by Takes2, a complaint from my date seemed justified and consequently no refund will be given.

All events must be booked and paid for in advance. Members attending events without payment or taking advantage of Takes2 functions without payment or attending without the express consent of Takes2 will have their membership terminated without recompense. Members must not invite or encouragenon-members to attend Takes2 events without the express consent of Takes2. Soliciting members of Takes2 to attend functions that clash with Takes2 events will be seen as working against the spirit of this contract and will result in your membership being terminated immediately without recompense.

If any client at any time would like their membership terminated and their records deleted from our files this will be complied with immediately, without compensation for early termination or any form of refund will be allowed.

Please note membership fees are non refundable under any circumstances and if any Standing Order payment is refused for any reason then the full balance will become due immediately.
