We shall arrange for you to go to El Tor the provincial centre of South Sinai where arrangements will be made for you to be issued with a one year multi entry Residence Visa. This is required by all foreign buyers as you will need to issue a Power of Attorney to the Lawyer so that they may process the sale/purchase contract through the Egyptian Court to register your ownership. Foreigner owners in South Sinai register their ownership of the property on the basis of a 99 year leasehold or more accurately usufract ownership which gives you all the rights as enjoyed by the Egyptian owner.
